As an expert in aging services, Northeast Ohio Hospice members are committed to offering the same compassionate support to individuals and their families who are seeking day-to-day care and services as they age, as well as those facing advanced illness and end-of-life care decisions. They provide choices that sustain dignity and autonomy, and enhance comfort and quality of life during this difficult time. Northeast Ohio Hospice members include Care and Comfort from Eliza Jennings, Jennings HospiceLaurel Lake Hospice, and The Village at St. Edward. The Hospice Team

Hospice team members are experienced in geriatric care and specialize in the provision of pain and symptom management, patient and family education, and spiritual and bereavement counseling. With this level of support, patients are empowered to make meaningful decisions about their care and the legacy they will leave to their loved ones. Clinicians work closely with you, your family, and your physician to develop an individualized plan of care designed to manage pain and symptoms.

Our caregivers support patient dignity, provide additional hands-on care, and can even offer some respite for family caregivers. Counselors offer spiritual and emotional support. The Northeast Ohio Hospice team includes:
